Having constantly baked for friends and family over the years, I finally decided to switch careers and pursue my passion for making cakes. This journey led me to New York City where I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education with highest honours in Baking and Pastry Arts.

I then went on to work for renowned cake designer Peggy Porschen in London, making wedding and celebration cakes for many famous clients and celebrities - an amazing experience! Filled with knowledge and inspiration, I left the City to do what I love, creating bespoke cakes for special occasions under my own auspices. Nothing beats the feeling of making a cake that far exceeds the clients' expectations!
