Cakes are freshly baked to order using the finest of ingredients and are available in a variety of flavours;

Vanilla, Marble (chocolate and vanilla), Orange, Lemon, Coffee, Carrot, White Chocolate, Rich dark chocolate, Maple and pecan, Caramel and Traditional fruit cake

All of which are available with a variety of fillings, jams and ganache. We have chocolate, vanilla, orange, lemon, peanut butter and caramel buttercream. If you would like a specific combination of flavours, then please ask.

Cakes are generally covered in a thin layer of marzipan to provide stability and then a layer of sugarpaste to create a smooth finish.

Cookies are available in vanilla or gingerbread.
